Title Agents are required to collect the policy guarantee fee for each owners and loan (mortgagee) policy issued.  The amount of the fee is set by TTIGA's Board of Directors and currently is $5.00 per policy.  The fees are due on the first day of the month following each calendar quarter.  If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the first business day following that date.  It must be received by us by the close of business on that date.  Postmark does not count.  The due dates are:

Please use only one of the above versions of the form.  Do not use the forms from TDI or the Title Manual as they are out of date and just templages.  Your remittance should be submitted on one form, with one form of payment, and no backup is required.  DO NOT MODIFY THE FORMS FOR YOUR OWN USE AS THIS MAY DELAY PROCESSING OR IT MAY BE REJECTED.
